FourWinds Capital Partners is a private equity firm investing in healthcare, business services, financial services and industrial services across Europe and Israel.
Our partners have built and run companies themselves. We know what operating a business demands, and we invest accordingly, we back ambitious teams with capital and leverage our deep sector network and our resources and experience to support them scaling up their business.
Investment Focus
We deploy a flexible investment approach regarding deal size and the type of situation. What matters most is the quality of the opportunity.
We invest across a broad range of European markets, including: UK & Ireland, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, Iberia, CEE and Israel. We consider other markets on a highly selective basis and if we have a specific angle.
Core focus on equity investments of €20–75m. Alongside our investors and partner GPs, we have the capacity to partner on materially larger transactions.
We seek control investments in order to actively drive value creation alongside management. We consider significant minority stakes, with strong governance protections.

Transaction Types

Businesses with proven positions in their markets, acquired at the point where growth ambition exceeds existing capital and infrastructure, sourced bilaterally or off-market.
Platform incubations and scale-ups with strong organic growth profile and a clear path to M&A-driven growth acceleration with deployment of further capital during the buy-and-build phase.
Acquisitions of non-core divisions and subsidiaries from corporate groups, including situations requiring operational separation capabilities.

Portfolio and Partners
We have deployed over €120m under our platform and our current portfolio includes companies in wealth management and infrastructure services.
